The Construction Hub Academy was founded with a clear mission: to empower individuals by providing best-in-class opportunities to upskill and succeed within the construction industry in Wales.
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to work and gain the skills needed to thrive in their role. At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to support, train, and open doors—whether through hands-on placements, full-time employment, or further training pathways.
We recognise that no two learners are the same, which is why we tailor our courses to meet individual learning styles and needs. This flexible approach has helped us become a recognised leader in construction training.
With an impressive CPCS testing pass rate of 96% and consistent 5-star reviews on Google and Trustpilot, we are proud of the learner experience we deliver. Our dedicated team of trainers brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a passion for teaching—supporting learners every step of the way as they progress through their training and careers.
We are accredited to deliver NPORS, CPCS, and City & Guilds qualifications. We work across Wales in collaboration with FE colleges to support the delivery of NVQs and are proud to be the largest apprenticeship provider for Level 3 Groundworks in the region.
Our commitment to excellence extends to our own team. We continuously invest in staff development and CPD. Recently, we welcomed two former Tata Steel employees affected by redundancies—who now play an integral role in delivering plant operations training, sharing their valuable industry knowledge.
Our staff range in age from 23 to 76, bringing together generations of experience and insight. We’ve also begun working closely with schools and employability networks to help address the growing demand for skilled construction workers across the industry.
At The Construction Hub Academy, everything we do starts and ends with the customer in mind.
In just four years, we have proudly upskilled over 3,000 individuals—and we're only just getting started.
