Lee joined the business in July 2023 and previously worked for Arc Plant and Civils Training. Prior to that he had nine years as a crane operator, lift supervisor and slinger for Ainscough Crane Hire. Lee was also a member of the Armed Forces working for the Royal Engineers.
Lee has four years’ experience in training plant machinery and is looking forward to progressing with the business to the role of Tester.
In November 2023, Lee completed a five-day training programme, officially earning certification as a CPCS instructor.
