The Construction Hub Academy Sponsors Swansea University Rugby Team

We are delighted to announce that we are sponsoring the Swansea University Rugby team for the 2023/2024 season.

The first BUCS (British Universities and Colleges Sport) Super Rugby Fixture kicked off on Wednesday 27 September 2023 at the St Helen’s Stadium in Swansea against rivals Cardiff Met University.

Established in 2016, BUCS Super Rugby hosts the ten best men's rugby union teams in a thrilling 18 rounds of fixtures. Cardiff, Cardiff Met and Swansea battle each year for the opportunity to name themselves the best university team in Wales.

The sponsorship deal will provide the rugby team with new kits, equipment, and travel expenses for the upcoming season. The deal also includes the company’s logo on the team’s jerseys and banners.

Chris Rosser, director at The Construction Hub Academy comments, “We are pleased to sponsor the rugby team at the Swansea University. They are a talented and hard-working group of young men who represent the university and the city with pride and passion. We hope that our sponsorship will help them achieve their potential and bring glory to Wales.”

After the 18 rounds, and quarter and semi finals the national championship final will be held on 17 April 2024, and we wish all the teams the best of luck.

It is opportune too that both kits – green for home games, and black for away games - are the same colours as our logo!

The photograph shows Chris Rosser, captain Peter Vickers and the whole of the team with the shirts and our advertising banner which will be situated at each home game.
